Je cherchais une théière thermos pour faire mon thé le matin et me servir du thé chaud au cour de la journée. Cette théière est nikel pour ça, on voit vraiment la qualité, même si l’extérieur est en plastique. J’ai fais mon thé à 11h ce matin et à 18h je bois ma dernière tasse, encore chaude. Juste dommage que l’on ne puisse pas mettre le bouchon pendant que ça infuse. On doit enlever le filtre puis visser le bouchon.

It is all plastic…
I expected anodized aluminum or some other anodized metal. I truly did not expect plastic to be this expensive… It is not even beautifully made plastic, you can see the molding lines everywhere. On the amazon pictures you cannot see any molding lines along the spout side of the thermos, in reality it is very clear. Also… the spout looks a bit different. In the picture it looks well made… 100+ EUR for this? No way. Opened it, was fully disappointed, put it back in the box.

Komplett entleeren schwierig
Bei der ersten Lieferung fehlte der Deckel. Auf dem Karton ist der Hinweis aufgeklebt, man solle die Kanne niemals ohne Deckel benutzen. Das bewerte ich hier nicht. 10 Punkte für die Reklamationsabwicklung von Amazon.Die 2te Lieferung war vollständig. Die Kanne hübsch. Das Handling etwas umständlich. Das komplette Entleeren geht nur per Kopfstand. Hier muss der Konstrukteur nochmal ran.Und die Kanne tropft!

Die Kanne wurde ohne Teesieb geliefert. Mein Versuch dies zu reklamieren und einen Umtausch oder Nachlieferung des fehlenden Teils zu bekommen führte im Kreis herum: der Link und die Telefonnummer für diese Art der Reklamation führen zum Hersteller, dieser verwies mich an den Händler zurück, nur, von diesem finde ich keinerlei weitere Kontaktmöglichkeiten.Ich finde das sehr unbefriedigend. Und hätte gerne eine Lösung!
